In this video I share with you how Earthing works. It’s such a simple concept that we sometimes overlook it and undervalue it.
Earthing is simply getting into contact with the Earth’s surface and absorbing the free electrons present there. These free electrons are ‘antioxidants’ that quell inflammation and protect our DNA, ease muscle soreness, slow the rate of ageing and degeneration and as we are seeing now there seems to be a strong connection between taking on these free electrons and balancing our circadian rhythm, heart rate and more.
