Here’s how to use Aloe Vera, the ancient gut healing superfood which has been used for thousands of years.

Aloe Vera is one of my top recommendations for those wanting to heal their gut lining, or protect it long term. In fact it’s one of the only whole foods that I’ve taken into my diet and actually noticed a significant, tangible effect immediately. My energy levels increased and I felt my fitness improved dramatically.

This may have been because Aloe reportedly can improve the oxygen carrying capacity of the blood. This, alongside a plethora of other health benefits such as boosting glutathione production, stimulating the immune system, increasing the rate at which wounds health and protecting the body from the harmful effects of radiation. It also nourishes the gut lining with its soft, mucilaginous gel (similar to seaweed).
