I feel like two of the biggest weak points for everybody when it comes to their diet seem to be breakfast and snacking, funnily enough, the two are intricately linked.
Warning – not vegan.
Let’s be completely honest with each other, we’ve all been there, eating “one piece of chocolate” on the couch whilst watching Vikings and all of a sudden this “one piece of chocolate” slips into 3, or 4, or 5, or the whole freaking block.
In today’s video I thought I’d share my health story amongst a theory on how I stopped snacking. This is just my experience – and you can see if it works for you, or not. But exploring the idea of modified fasting has really helped me achieve some health goals and I think it might with you too 🙂
