In this premium, intimate retreat with Kale, surfers will enjoy an abundance of perfect waves within a short boat ride from our resort.
The Southern Atoll is famous for its isolated location and offers up a large variety of intermediate to low advanced waves, providing the perfect canvas for our retreat!

Surfing Level and Progression
This retreat is perfect for those surfers who are performing intermediate level manoeuvres on a wave face yet feel they have plateaued in their abilities.
By working closely together with Kale throughout the entire week, surfers will be able to identify the patterns or sub-optimal techniques holding them back and begin to optimise them for better surfing. Utilising The Surfer’s Roadmap curriculum and a fun and friendly approach, Kale will unlock years of progression in this retreat.
Whilst on the trip, every surfing session you have will be filmed.

The luxury Maldives retreat will start at $8,547pp for a single occupancy villa or $6,674pp for a double occupancy villa* **.
Ayada offers a variety of beautiful, luxury accommodation and can be selected upon approval of retreat attendance. Price for non-surfer add ons, on request.
Includes:
6 full days of surf coaching with Kale Brock
7 nights accommodation in a villa of your choice at Ayada Resort* Villa quoted based on availability and preference.
Meals* 2 or 3 p/day based on board level, half or full Board available, based on preference. Drinks not included.
Airport transfers (to/from Male to Southern Atoll only)
Access to a private boat charter for all surf excursions
Access to all media including photos, video and a personalised video analysis package to be delivered after the retreat
Direct access to TSR Intermediate & Ultimate Surf Skate Programs, 3 months prior to the retreat

FAQ’s

We expect all surfers to bring (at least) 2 surfboards with them on retreat. Each surfer should also bring appropriate wetsuits for water temperature, leashes, zinc and wax, as it is not always guaranteed you can buy this on location.

You will be expected to arrive on the same day as indicated on your allocated retreat. For example, if your start date is the 1st December, please plan to arrive that day. This is not included within the coaching days, which will commence the day AFTER your retreat starts.

We cannot advise on visa’s, insurance and associated travel reuqirements e.g. COVID 19.
Please do you research before joining us on retreat! This is not limited visa’s, insurance and cultural settings of each retreat location.

In the event that you require to cancel your attendance at the retreat, we will operate a concert ticket policy where we will endeavour to re-sell your spot in order to issue your refund. In the event this spot is not sold, we will not be able to issue any refund. Cancellation scenarios outlined below.

No refunds given unless your reserved spot on the retreat is re-sold to another student at which point you will be entitled to the following;
